Inspection & Refund: Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
