Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (such as skincare, cosmetics, and opened beauty tools) are non-refundable and non-returnable.

 

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or opened products.

  • Gift cards and promotional items.

  • Sale or clearance items (final sale).

 

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at Info@yabeautys.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

  3. Shipping Back: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

  4. Inspection & Refund: Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Exchanges

 

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the item and place a new order.
